Well, this is a satisfying, full circle move. Jeff Franklin, the creator of Full House, bought the San Fransisco Painted Lady that served as the exterior of the Tanner home in the opening credits of the '90s sitcom.

The property was listed earlier this year for $4.15 million. The inside looks nothing like the show (it was shot on a soundstage); it had also recently been renovated.

"The house came on the market and really, I just thought, I have to buy this house," Franklin told The Hollywood Reporter. "I'm so sentimental about the house. It's great to have the house in our Full House family and be able to preserve it for the fans."

Franklin has already started making changes; the previous owners had painted the iconic red door seafoam green, and he has since switched it back. He's also working on redoing the interior to make it look like the Tanners actually lived there. Have mercy!
